App that combines data sources from streaming sites (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video) and provides you recommendation based on categories you've preferred and movies available on IMDB and public databases. Shows what you have watched already.

Netflix and other movie apps already have a recommendation list, However this could work if the app notifies me of new movies that I will like to watch. But then as a user, I am wondering if I want to install another app when I can watch, see recommendations on Netflix, YouTube or Amazon prime. The app might not be prioritized because it is not really meeting my full needs.

Very true, i don't see a need for installing the app when there's apps like netflix and the rest.
