Life insurance for you, not someone like you

We need a "reverse auction" use case. Let's come up with one. Here's my reverse insurance use case.

Back story: starting from individual data sets (individuals own personal cloud), we have to look at markets differently. Rather than e.g. getting insurance from an insurer and having them collect data on you, you start by building up your own data and then finding the right insurer that fits you, to underwrite your health insurance policy.

Let's design an app, that takes wearable data (similar to your health dashboard we have built) and organizes it into a commonly used formats. Then we have take those profiles and find the best deal for the individual, from the best carrier. Similar to something HealthIQ (https://tinyurl.com/umbc5c2a) but completely on the users side, with portability built in.
