I've been thinking that a prime audience for our health and wellness data app could be performance athletes. This could range from high school and college athletes to dedicated amateurs and professionals. There's a lot of scientific literature that athletic programs/serious athletes consult to improve performance and build programs. Using the Prifina app could allow coaches, trainers, and athletes to better understand the efficacy of their training programs and gain deeper insight into performance and behavior. I ran cross country at a college level, and nerves were always a huge factor the night before a race, which made sleeping hard and impacted performance. What if my coaches, my team, and I had better insight into what to eat/how to prepare for sleep/the degree of effectiveness of our workouts? I can see this kind of strategy being adopted as the standard athletic training model - a "moneyball" moment.
