Data on restaurants, food trucks, influencers, and stores you follow on social media as well locations you and your friends check into on social media could be combined to recommend restaurant openings, sales, pop ups, and other special events you might want to attend.

Awesome suggestion Bethany. It could also be made hyper local in the sense, that if you enter a new area then you'd get the "talk of the town" type of suggestions on your way. Or even in advance for planning a roadtrip etc. Tons of possible ways to take it further!
